Horizontal forest

In 2013, while I was working on the arrangement of the house, hundreds of trucks loaded with cut woods passed every day in front of the house.

Romania is one of the largest forests reserves in Europe, which provides low-cost raw material to foreign industries. Hectares of the “green” Romania, tons of forest, are removed every day, a real deforestation, the removal of an healthy organ of Europe. Moreover, wood trade has an important impact on the local economy, where the heating is still wood-burning, and prices are growing day by day.
